Definition

This field is set to indicate that the End of Year activities are complete for all Payroll areas that fall within a permit number.

There is an implication for retroactive payroll accounting. When set, we will not change any reported wage types from a previous tax year. Instead, the difference that we wanted to change these wage types by will be reflected in the current period (in the current tax year) only.
