Pension Contribution Calculation Rule.

This field determines whether the caluculation rule is:

  • P - Percentage.
  • M - Mix.
  • F - Flat-Rate.

A rule type must be defined here to enable the system to calculate the contributions which are to be paid into the Pension Scheme.
