Documentation
Definition
The date the employer issued a Certificate of Tax Deducted to the employee, at the employee's request. The certificate records the amount of tax deducted from the employee's pay since the beginning of the tax year, or the date employment commenced if that is later.
The employer is not obliged to issue the certificate on more than two occasions during the year.
