CAPS - Centralization of attachment of earnings orders payment system
Use
Where a company is operating several court orders, it may, for practical purposes, not want to pay every court order to the specific court by which it was issued.
By setting this indicator, a company can instead pay the sum of all court orders to the Central Agency in Northampton, which will distribute the appropriate amount to each court involved.
