Pension Contribution Calculation Rule - Flat-Rates
The flat-rate contribution which the employer will pay into the pension scheme.
For a mixed-value pension scheme, only enter an amount if you wish a flat-rate contribution to be made from that specific band of the employee's pensionable pay.
The band number denotes from which band the contribution will be deducted.
