Definition

This field enables you to indicate the value to be used when more than one value is saved in the field for an employee during the year. The value to be selected is prescribed by the tax authorities and supplied by SAP. If interim adjustments are involved, you should assign the correct values manually.

Possible values area:

M    --> Most current value

J    --> 'J' (yes), if one of the values is 'J'

L    --> Empty

O    --> Total up

E    --> First applicable value

N    --> 'N' (no), if one of the values is 'N'
