Definition

The sender's contact person is the person who can respond to any questions about the statement on behalf of the sender. The tax authorities offer the following explanation for this compulsory field:

• Intermediaries who submit returns for various withholding agents are requested to indicate this by entering it in the following manner: "KCXXXXXXXXXXXX...............". The fixed value "KC-" serves to indicate that the field has been completed according to these instructions. The sender's payroll taxes number replaces the 12 Xs. The name of the contact person replaces the 20 periods (.). If these instructions, which are not compulsory, are complied with, the tax authorities analyze the quality of all statements submitted by a certain sender.
