Definition
Creation of deregistration for a person at the HCIB. This is done with report HICB: Create Registrations/Deregistrations (RPCVZAN0). If a person has already been deregistered, no deregistration will be created. In this case, time of deregistration will be displayed in the field Change/deregistration date and Change/Deregistration hour.
