Definition
This is the current status of the insured with the pension fund. Possible specification are:
0 Period File
1 Start deduction (amendment notification)
2 Start deduction (amendment notification)
3 Change in deduction
4 Already stopped deduction
Pension funds that want to work with an overall file (for each insured in the file concerned a deduction is made) will select specifications 0 (this has not changed since the previous message) and 1 (start deduction for new insured) and 3 (change in deduction).
Pension funds that wish to work with an amendment file should select 1 (start deduction new insured) 2 (cease former deduction orders)and 3 (change in deduction).
The selection of persons with specification 4 may be advisable in the last payroll period of the year. This is largely true of 2006, since, for the December file, the HCIB wishes to have data included that was not previously available in earlier 2006 payroll periods. You must keep in mind that these persons' data can only be correctly extracted from the payroll if these persons' payroll results of the last period are present.
