Documentation
Definition
Specifies which payslip is to be created:
- L Last payslip in the analysis period for which the end of the payroll period lies in the selected payroll period.
Example: - An employee begins a work relationship at the start of 2003 and leaves on April 30, 2003.
You selectApril 2003
as the payroll period. A payslip (tax) is created for the period from January 1, 2003 to April 30, 2003. - The employee returns on June 1, 2003 and leaves again on July 18, 2003.
You selectJuly 2003
as the payroll period. A payslip (tax) is created for the period from June 1, 2003 to July 18, 2003. - The employee returns again on August 1, 2003.
You selectDecember 2003
as the payroll period. A payslip (tax) is created, with the indicator for an interrupted payroll period selected, for the period from June 1, 2003 to December 31, 2003.
If you specifyNovember 2003
as the payroll period, you do not generate a payslip for this employee since a payroll period does not end in this period. - A All payslips in the analysis period
- C Payslips already created in the analysis period (similar to A)
- I For employment abroad only: payslips already created in the analysis period (similar to A), however, the cluster records are grouped for each work relationship. Only work relationships with a tax procedure for domestic employment are taken into account.
- U For employment abroad only: payslips already created in the analysis period (similar to A), however, the cluster records are grouped for each work relationship. Only work relationships with a tax procedure for employment abroad are taken into account.
- V For employment abroad only: second to last payslip in the analysis period
- D For employment abroad only: third to last payslip in the analysis period (for example, when there is more than one instance of employment abroad in a payroll period)
The analysis period spans from the beginning of the year to the end of the payroll period that you specified.
C, I, and U differ from the other variants in that only the amounts of already issued payslips are read, which means that the amounts are read from cluster LZ in database PCL2 only. Although for the other variants, payslips of past work relationships are
read, the required payslip is created based on the employee's payroll results.
