Documentation
Definition
Enter the order in which the sort strings within an employer's number should be listed on the pay slip:
- B Company code (first column)
- P Personnel area (second column)
- T Personnel subarea (third column)
- N Surname (fouth column)
Every column that is ready for input in this field stands for a sort sting. When you enter a digit in the first column, you determine, for example, the sort string of the company code.
Procedure
Start with the sort key that is to be listed first and enter 1 in the relevant column. Enter digits in ascending order in the remaining sort strings.
Fill each column. Make sure you only enter the digits 1 through 4 once.
Examples
- Input: 4231
Sort according to surname, personnel area, personnel subarea, company code.
- Input: 3412
Sort according to personnel subarea, surname,company code, personnel area
