Definition

This controls whether the system reads company data from tables or from features. The system requires this data for the pay slip L16.

Procedure

Choose this field if you have stored the relevant data in the following tables:

• T5A0P (Personnel Subarea Groupings Austria)
• T5A0A (Employer Assignment Unit for Administrations)
• T5A2L (Additional Information for Data Carrier L16)

Dependencies

If you choose this field, the system does not take the values of the following features into account:

• AGNUM (Employer number)
• DVRNR (Data processing register number)
• FZAMT (Tax office key)
• ADDR1 (Address key)

Instead, the report reads the company data from the above-mentioned tables. The system reads data from the table T5A2L that it otherwise reads from the L16 user exit (the include RPC16DA0):

• Your employer tax number key field
• Total number of the planned pay slips for the evaluation period
• Tax number of the payroll office (optional)
• DPR number of the payroll office (optional)
• Tax office number of the payroll office (optional)
