Input field Type of Services Provided - Section 1 of Regulation in form
Use
You can use this parameter to enter the type of services provided, assuming that the type of services provided is identical for all E18 notifications that are generated by program RPCE18A0.
If the type of services provided is different for the persons evaluated here, leave this field empty. Instead, specify a corresponding value in the Assignment Number field in the Recurring Payments/Deductions (0014) infotype or Additional Payments (0015) infotype.
If you want to create the evaluation based on payroll results and this field is empty, it is implicitly assumed that you have specified the assignment number in the Additional Payments (0015) infotype.
Dependencies
If you specify a value in the Assignment Number infotype field, the value is not checked there. It is checked once the program is run for all settings.
Example
The following values are currently permitted (as of January 1, 2003):
- 01 Services as a member of the supervisory board or other services provided by persons commissioned to monitor management (according to §6 paragraph 1 line 9 lit. b UStG 1994)
- 02 Services provided as a savings/loan association agent or insurance agent (according to §6 paragraph 1 line 13 UStG 1994)
- 03 Services provided as a member of a foundation executive board (§15 PSG (Private Foundation Act))
- 04 Services provided as a lecturer or teacher
- 05 Services provided as a colporteur or newspaper deliverer
- 06 Services provided as a broker
- 07 Services provided as a public body official if these lead to functional charges according to §29 line 4 EStG 1988
- 08 Other services provided within a freelance employment contract that are subject to insurance contributions according to §4 paragraph 4 ASVG
