Definition
The reserves for the anniversary bonus are calculated using the the projected earnings.
Due to tax regulations (in accordance with par. 14 of the Income Tax Law [EStG]) you must deduct an allowance for the calculation of the reserve amount if the reserve is calculated with projected earnings and not with current earnings.
Procedure
Enter the percentage for the deduction when calculating with projected earnings.
Note that before you apply this percentate, you must have already deducted the margin for personnel turnover from the taxable reserve amount (see the field personnel turnover margin EStG ).
