Definition
If a garnishment/cession is almost repaid, the third-party debtor often requests notification on the open claim from the creditor.
If the remaining claim is less than the amount specified in the IMG activity Define Threshold for Creditor Notification, the checkbox is selected for the garnishment.
You do not receive the indicator or the note if you made entries in the master data in one of the following fields for garnishment/cession/ pledges:
- Monthly claim
- All garnishable earnings
- Standing support claim
