Documentation
Use
You define system settings in this field if you are managing multiple companies in your system and have to report these on separate payslips.
Note:
If you are managing only one company, you need to ensure that the fields are empty. Delete any existing entries if necessary. The view is then not taken into account by the system.
Note that incomplete entries can also lead to termination of the payroll run for numerous employees.
User actions
Group your organizational units, which are already pre-grouped by means of employer assignment units, into companies from the respective view of the payslip type (L16, BGN, BVA, E18).
Dependencies
The system settings are taken into account in the Condition fields for value 2 (change of employer) only in combination with the view Actions/Reasons for Payslip Creation (V_T5A7L).
For payslip SI, the system settings are handled separately. For more detailed information, see Conditions for New Payslip in the Exceptions section under e).
