Definition
Only the parent who actually and predominantly brought up the child is entitled to an additional bonus for children.
The additional bonus for children must not exceed the difference between the pension assessment basis and the pension (for example, if the pension amounts to 100% of the pension assessment basis, an additional bonus for children is no longer granted).
