Grouping by retirement age
Use
You have grouped together persons based on their gender and other specific characteristics, for whom the same rule is to be applied with regard to the retirement age.
In this field, enter the required return value from feature ARPAG.
Example
All male employees from personnel area AT01 form a group with the return value MAT01, and all female employees from personnel area AT01 form a second group with the return value WAT01.
