Definition
Persons who are entitled to a civil servant's pension or a survivor's pension, and whose total monthly income does not reach the amount of the minimum rate, can apply for a supplementary allowance to the amount of the difference between the total monthly income and the minimum rate.
The total monthly income is equal to the sum of the pension, side charge bonus, and the additional amount for children (if entitlement exists).
The minimum rate is specified in Customizing table T5A8H with CONID='INCMI'.
