Normal working hours for family equalization fund

In each personnel subarea, you can define the number of hours worked per payroll period by an employee with a 100% capacity utilization level.

When family-related bonuses are calculated, this value can be regarded as the maximum number of hours so that bonuses are reduced correctly. That is, an employee's bonus is reduced if his or her attendance hours fall short of the limit defined by normal hours.
