Definition

The type of reduction for child bonus, bonus paid after birth of child, and household bonus is determined with the reduction rule.

The following hourly-based reduction rules are available:

  • Bonus reduced according to reduction factor
  • A pre-determined bonus percentage is paid out
  • An amount per hour worked is paid out

In the case of entries/departures of less than one month, the hours worked by the employee for the entire period is projected for these rules.

The following reduction rules are available for the reduction of bonuses due to part periods:

  • Employee work days in relation to total working days
  • Employee calendar days in relation to total calendar days
  • Employee work hours in relation to total work hours
  • Employee calendar days in relation to overall calendar days
  • Employee work days in relation to overall work days

Note

If a reduction according to work days and work hours occur, and the information from the daily work schedule is not available, the calendar days are reduced instead.

This applies for the projection of employee attendance hours for the entire period for entry/departure of less than one month.
