Definition
The birth number refers to the regular, ongoing number of births of an employee in the payroll accounting period.
If the current birth number is higher than the upper limit then the employee receives no more post-birth allowance for this child.
The entry is generally understood as the upper limit. If the allowance amount is not dependant on the birth number then birth number 99 must be entered.
&example
Upper limit birth number = 1 ---> also for multiple births, only one
single post-birth allowance is paid out.
