Definition
If a value is entered in this field, it is interpreted as a percentage. This percentage of a full family-related bonus is then paid.
This is the case if a person's capacity utilization level (CUL) is in the interval defined by the "Maximum CUL" and "Minimum CUL" fields. If the capacity utilization level is less than this minimum, no bonus is paid. If the capacity utilization level exceeds the maximum, the bonus is paid in full.
If you want the bonus to be reduced using the capacity utilization level, do not enter a value in this field.
