Definition

If the indicator is set, the child/trainee allowance is not paid to the employee by the company, but is paid directly from the cantonal family equalization fund.

If the company rule is more liberal than the cantonal rule, the difference in amount is simply paid to the employee by the company.

If the allowance is to be paid directly by the company, in contrast to the rule for individual personnel subareas, you can define these exceptions with the view "differing payments of family allowances".
