Date on which an event occurs that influences withholding tax accounting.
When this kind of event occurs, the system creates separate payment periods for withholding tax accounting, namely for before the event and for after the event. Based on the specifications of the canton of Vaud, the change to the calculation bases does not take effect until the start of the following month.
