Definition
Scope of insurance coverage and deductions for UVG/SUVA.
This code enables you to determine whether an employee is merely insured against industrial accidents (BU) or whether he or she is also insured against non-industrial accidents (NBU). It also enables you to determine whether an NBU deduction is made.
This code is used in Payroll to control the calculation of premiums for obligatory accident insurance and their assignment to the employee or employer.
Note that each employee who works more than 8 hours per week must be insured against non-industrial accidents.
