Definition
The total of hours encompasses all hours effectively paid by the company for the duration of employment of non-regular employees. This includes all worked and fully paid hours (not including overtime) as well as lost hours, due to doctor's appointments, military service, vacation, or accident- or illness-related absence, for example.
