The following input values are permitted:

'00' Output old AHV number

'01' Output date of birth

'02' Output either

• the SI number in the first row and the AHV number in the second row, or
• the AHV number in the first row, or
• the SI number in the first row and the date of birth in the second row, or
• the date of birth in the first row for a person

'03' Output SI number

'04' Output SI number and date of birth
