Definition
The cost-of-living allowance (COLA) rules determine the COLA level and control the input readiness of the Cost-of-lving allowance level field in the Cost-of-living allowance/Office (0511)infotype.
If the rule requires or allows a manual entry of the COLA level, then the Cost-of-living allowance level field is ready for input. If, on the other hand, the COLA level is defined by the rule, then the Cost-of-living allowance level field only a display field.
