Definition
The wage type entered here contains the period wage (wage in one month liable to contributions) for an application key.
For insurance with minimum wages/maximum wages/exemptions, the current annual tax declaration may cause the period wage for a certain period to be different (higher or lower) from the monthly basis. Differences can be caused by the following combinations, among others:
- Higher = Arrears payment by exceeding the upper limit in the previous periods and falling short in this period
- Lower = Exceeding the upper limit in this period

Through the current yearly tax declaration, the UI period wage (/425) can be higher or lower than the UI monthly basis (/106).
