Use

Tag name in the XML file for ELM: <Position>

The possible values are as follows (the corresponding values written to the XML file are noted in parenthesis):

  • 1: Highest and higher cadre (highestCadre)

    Management or involvement at business management level:

    • Decision-maker or contributor for policies made at corporate level
    • Sole or joint responsibility for achieving corporate goals
    • Coordination of various management functions
    • Responsibility for policies and goal fulfillment in a specific area of responsibility
  • 2: Intermediate cadre (middleCadre)

    Department head, higher staff functions:

    • Responsibility for organization and planning in a specific business area
    • Participation in the development of long-term action plans
  • 3: Lower cadre (lowerCadre)

    Execution-based management of a subarea, qualified staff functions:

    • Responsibility for the realization of orders in own area of work
    • Involvement in organization and planning
  • 4: Lowest cadre (lowestCadre)

    Monitoring of work in accordance with detailed instructions:

    • Supervision of work in progress
    • Occasional involvement in organization and planning
  • 5: Without cadre function (noCadre)
