Definition
This data element contains a value that identifies the employee's education and training. If an employee has completed more than one training program, only the highest level of training is displayed. The value displayed may also represent an equivalent qualification obtained abroad.

The possible values are as follows (the corresponding values written to the XML file are noted in parenthesis):
- 1: 1: Uni/ETH (
university) - 2: Technical school (
