Definition
Enter wage types that have to be deleted when the annual values/cumulations for an application key are reset in this field.
A reset can, depending on the trigger event mean either "Deleting" all annual values or only a interruption of the annual examination in the gross-net iteration.
Events which lead to the resetting of an application key are as follows:
For AHV/ALV:
- complete reset
- Change in legal person
- Rehiring
- Change in AHV code
- Change in age code (youth, adult, pensioner)
- Interruption in annual examination in the iteration
- Change in contribution rate
For BU/NBU/NBU bonus :
- Complete reset
- Change in legal person
- Rehiring
- Change in AHV code
- Change from A0 to A1/A2 (Z0 to Z1/Z2) and vice versa
- Change from A3 to A1/A1 (Z3 to Z1/Z2) and vice versa
- Interruption in annual examination in the iteration
- Change in contribution rates (for example due to an organizational change by the employee)
- Change from A1 to A2 (Z1 to Z2) and vice versa
For insurances (general total reset)
- Change in legal person
- Rehiring
- Change in contribution rates
Notes
- Resetting the cumulations is necessary in the cases listed above as the brutto-netto iteration exclusively uses annual values and a percentage change would affect the whole year (which has already been calculated) retroactively.
- When resetting wage types which are relevant for several application keys (for example /5B1 = net gross up AHV/ALV) the amounts of the wage types to be deleted for the application keys not affected will be transferred on normal annual bases. An interruption of the annual examination will automatically arise for this application key.
- On interrupting the annual examination in the iteration all net wage types affected will be deleted and the amounts transfered on a "normal" annual basis.
- Fully liable wage types are entered in the view V_5CS5_NETTO, and are reset in every period after they have arisen, since fully liable wages are only subject to monthly examination. Fully liable wages arise in the case of retroactive wage payments for pensioners in the period preceding their retirement age.
