Use

The program prints all additional information that is not entered in any of the other wage statement fields. This includes the following information in particular:

  • Number of days with loss of work compensations
    The values are determined from the wage type M991 in the number field of the Additional Payments infotype (0015).
  • Approved expense rule
    The values are determined from the payroll unit.
  • Several wage statements
    If there are several wage statements, in particular when creating multiple wage statements for different personnel numbers, the program prints the comment "one of x wage statements".
  • Part-time employment
    The values are determines from the Working Time infotype (0007):
    • For constant capacity utilization level within the review period, the percentage is printed.
    • If the capacity utilization level changes, the text Part-time employment is printed along with the most recent valid percentage.
    • If the employment percentage remains the same with 100% in the entire review period with no changes, then no comment is output.
    • You can individually determine the criteria for commenting on part-time work. For more information, see Implementation Guide Swiss Payroll -> Tax -> Wage Statement 2005 -> Customer Enhancements -> BAdI: Override Comments on Part-Time Employment.
  • Employee awards
  • Employee awards by domestic or foreign third-party associate companies
  • Additional compensations by a third-party associate company

Note

  • If the comment exceeds the line length, the program automatically inserts a line break and continues the comment in the next line.
  • You can override the payroll unit value for each employee by storing other values in the Fiscal Data CH infotype (0038).
