Amount field for representation expenses (line 13.2.1)
Use
The flat-rate amount is provided in this field that managers or field service personnel were paid for smaller expenses (usually individual expenses under CHF 50) and representative expenses (for instance, for private invitations at home). The amount should then be specified if approved expenses rules exist.
