Definition

Amount field for other benefits (line 7, Rz 31 - 40)

Use

Every other benefit to be declared according to amount must be specified in this field that is founded by the employment contract and that is not executed in one of the items 1 to 6 or 14 of the wage statement.

These include the following benefits:

  • Tips
  • Daily insurance allowances
  • Unemployment insurance benefits
  • MCF benefits
  • Contributions to collective health provision institutions paid by the employer
  • All employer contributions to insurances
    • Health insurance funds
    • Additional insurances for the obligatory NIAI, so long as they are assignable to the individual employees
    • All forms of free health provisions
  • All contributions generated by the employer for the employee to recognized forms of related self-health provisions (3a), be it that they have been deducted from the wage and finally paid out to the employee, or be it that they have been paid by the employer directly to the employee.
  • Withholding tax or other taxes accepted by the employer
  • School fees paid by the employer for the children of the employee

Dependencies

The system determines the types of benefit from the relevant payroll wage type. Only one amount is printed in this field of the wage statement for several amounts from different benefits.
