Definition

Payment or benefit amount that is paid irregularly by the employer.

Use

If the employee irregularly receives payments that were not already made in the total amount as a part of the wage in item 1 of the wage statement, the program specifies the amount in this field.

The following items are classified as irregular payments:

  • Bonus payments, such as payment-dependent gratuities or
  • Profit commissions
  • Entry and leaving payments
  • Loyalty bonus
  • Long service presents, anniversary presents
  • Moving payments

Dependencies

The program determines the amount through the relevant payroll wage types.
