Documentation
Use
The value that the employee receives to allow him or her to also use the company car for personal purposes must be specified in this field.
The following cases need to be differentiated between:
- The company car may only be used for business.
-> No entry is made on the wage statement. - The company car may be used for business and privately; the employee thereby accepts the respective costs. In this case, no gross up may be made in field 2.2, instead a zero should be set. Comparatively, the following comment is applied under point 15 in the comments: "Clarify private ownership in estimation procedure".
- If the company car may be used on an unlimited private basis, this is certified by the indicator of the F field. If an amount is specified under 2.2, you must specify this amount either in the recurring amounts/deductions infotype (0014) or in the additional payment infotype (0015).
Dependencies
If you do not make entries as described under USE, the field is filled according to the statements in the Car rules of the internal data infotype (0032) field.
