Field 4v: Non-flat-rate reimbursement of costs
You can maintain the grouping for reimbursement of costs for each employee subgroup. You can override this specification for individual employees by making the appropriate setting in the Fiscal Data CH infotype 0038.
The entry ' "Other Personnel" selects wage statement field 4v "Non-flat-rate reimbursement of costs". In addition, reimbursement is calculated according to the grouping and the correct amount is printed automatically in the wage statement.
Legal basis
For executive and field service personnel, the amount of all reimbursements must be specified on the wage statement.
Only the flat-rate reimbursement must be appear for other personnel.
Executive and field service personnel include the upper management (directors, factory management, and so on) and traveling employees (sales representatives, assemblers, and so on).
