Definition
This indicator controls whether the wage statement program should handle a certain employee of this employee subgroup as temporary help.
In accordance with the explanatory remarks on the wage statement form provided by the Swiss tax offices, the wage statement program RPLLAWC0 automatically generates the remark "temporary help" in the length-of-employment field for those employees catagorized as such.
If an employee changes from a employee subgroup assigned to temporary help into another employee subgroup, a separate employment period is established.
