Definition
This field contains the reference number based on which the individual bonuses can be identified from the family-related bonus register. The system generates this reference number during payroll.
The family-related bonus register does not define how the number is to be formed; it must simply be unique for each bonus. The system forms the number as follows:
- Digits 1 to 9:
These digits contain digits 4 to 12 of the SI number of the recipient (in other words, the SI number without the country prefix, without decimal points, and without the check digit at the end - see SI number) This means the number is unique for each recipient.
- Digits 10 to 11:
Child number from the Family Member/Dependents infotype (0021): This ensures the number is unique for the child. (It is assumed that a separate child number is maintained for each child, even when subtypes such as child and adopted child are used.)
- Digits 12 to 13:
Sequential number, unique for each bonus in the context of the family-related bonus register. You specify this number in the Family Member/Dependents infotype (0021) (see bonus number).
- Digits 14 to 16:
Reserved for future use.
