Definition
Here you specify the date as of which the recipient is entitled to a bonus.
This date is generally the validity start date for the data record. You must only retain the existing start date for the bonus entitlement if you delimit the data record without changing the bonus entitlement.
For bonuses paid after the birth of a child and adoption bonuses, you do not need to specify a date since the system determines this automatically.
For one-off bonuses, the start and end dates are the same.
Use
The date is required for the notification to the family equalization fund.
The data extractor for creating the notification reads the date from the payroll result. The notification based on eAHV/IV standard format contains the date in the XML tag <allowanceDateFrom>.

Example
The recipient joins the company on May 1, 1998. The recipient's child is born on January 26, 2000. The entitlement to the child benefit starts on January 1, 2000. The entitlement to the bonus paid after the birth of a child is calculated automatically by the system.
The recipient joins the company on May 15, 2010. The recipient already has a child that was born on September 26, 2000. The entitlement to the child benefit starts on May 15, 2010.
