Approval date of the expense rule

Use

If an expense rule was approved by the registered canton of the employer, the comment "Expense rule approved by canton X (standard indicator of the canton) on Y (date)" is applied in the wage statement under comments.

To confirm that a canton-approved expense rule exists, enter the indicator of the canton where the company's headquarters is located in this field. In this case, you cannot select the Expenses Acc. to Mg 52 checkbox because the two rules are mutually exclusive.

Dependencies

The comment is then only printed, if you make an entry in this field or in the field approving canton .

Note The field is only used in the wage statement from 2005.
