Definition
In this wage type the expected wage for the outstanding periods are saved. This should be done before the month of December if a year end bonus is to be paid. The expected wage is used for the calculation of the year end bonus.
At the end of the year the employee's actual wage is compared with his/ her expected wage and, if required, a correction is made to the end of year bonus.
