The data extractor essentially re-uses the previous reports to create the paper lists with the data retrieval variants stored in the Control Data Extraction maintenance view (V_T5C50).
You can use this parameter to check Customizing and your variants and to analyze errors:
- If you select this parameter, the selection screens of the called reports are displayed one after another.
- The variants you created are supplemented according to the selected enterprise and Customizing settings with values in the following fields: Personnel Number, Personnel Area, Personnel Subarea, Payroll Unit, Period, ELM Actv. und Guid for Export/Import.
- The exact selection of the data belonging to an enterprise occurs using the Payroll Unit field. Depending on the enterprise and the contents of the ELM: Grouping Payroll Units for Enterprise maintenance view (V_T5C51), and perhaps restricted through parameters on the data extractor selection screen, the payroll units belonging the the enterprise are supplemented with the relevant domains.
- The selection options for personnel numbers are transferred from the selection screen of the data extractor.
- Since all infotype records of the infotype 0001 of the current client must be evaluated when making a selection via the payroll unit, the relevant enterprises can be stored in the Extras for Personnel Area / Personnel Subarea maintenance view (V_T5C0P) to restrict the selection approximately. If you use this option, corresponding personnel areas/subareas are supplemented on the selection screen.
- The selection period is filled with the start date and end date of the year for which the wage notification is being created.
- On the selection screens displayed, choose Execute (F8) to obtain the data and transfer it to the extractor. If you delete the ELM Actv checkbox on the selection screen and choose F8, the old list corresponding to the relevant domain of the wage notification appears. Choose Back (F3) to go to the next selection screen.
