Definition

Specifies that the notification scope is restricted to specific domains or application keys.

Use

  • Display of the domains relevant for the selected enterprise
    If the All Domains for Entire Enterp. checkbox is selected, you create a wage notification for all domains for which at least one payroll unit exists that is assigned to the enterprise according to the Customizing settings. In this case, it is displayed in the checkbox whether at least one payroll unit exists for the relevant domain.
  • Restricting the scope of the notification
    If you want to restrict the scope of the notification to specific domains, you must delete the All Domains for Entire Enterp. checkbox. In this case, you can change the checkbox. If you delete this checkbox as well, the relevant domain or application key is not reported.

Dependencies

  • You can use this checkbox to restrict - but not extend - the maximum scope of the notification as predefined by the selected enterprise and the selected year. For example, if the payroll units AL and UVG are assigned in the Customizing settings of the selected enterprise, the notification does not contain any tax data, even if you select the Wage Statement domain.
  • If you want to restrict the scope even further, you can also use the associated option for payroll units to select a subset of the payroll units assigned to the enterprise. Use the value help for the selection option to see the payroll units assigned to the enterprise via Customizing.
    Likewise for this checkbox, you can only restrict the maximum scope here.

Example

  • You always create a notification for each year and enterprise with full scope. In this case, you do not need the checkbox.
  • You want to report the AHV/UI wages and the tax data for the same enterprise in two separate wage statements. In this case, you start the data extractor once for each wage statement and use the checkbox to exclude the AHV/UI wages for the notification with the tax data and to exclude the tax data for the notification with the AHV/UI wages.
  • You want to create two separate notification with AHV/UI wages for two different compensation funds. You use the selection option for the relevant payroll unit as well.
