Definition

The response ID of the response with which the wage notification to be replaced was accepted (PredeccorResponseID).

Use

You need this field for replacement notifications.

You create such a replacement notification by entering the request ID ofthe notification to be replaced and the response ID of the response withwhich the original notification was accepted.

You copy the response ID of the wage notification to be replaced to thisfield.

These IDs are shown in the process data display with the status "Compl. & Release".

  • Start the B2A Manager.
  • Find the process that you used to transmit the notification to be replaced: Select the process step "Compl. & Release" (if necessary, opening the process history) and choose Display.
  • In the following process data overview, double click "Complete and Release". In the following table, you can copy the ID from the distributor line:
    • The column "Wage Notification RequestID" (technical name is REQID) contains the request ID of the wage notification to be replaced.
    • The column "Response RequestID" (technical name: RESID) contains the response ID used to accept the wage notification.

Note

The lines with the final recipients also contain values in these columns. These IDs do not have any relevance for replacement notifications: For replacement notifications, use only IDs from the distributor line.

Dependencies

Example

You can completely replace an accepted wage notification with a new notification if, for example, the original notification was accepted even though it was incorrect.
