Definition
This data element contains a value that identifies the employee's wages system.
Use
Tag name in the XML file for ELM: <WageForm>
The possible values are as follows (the corresponding values written to the XML file are noted in parenthesis):
- 1: Time wage (
timeWages)Remuneration is based on the number of hours worked. This also includes fixed monthly wages and contract remuneration.
- 2: Premium wage (
premiumWage)In addition to the compensation for the hours to be paid, employees also receive regular premiums based on the number of products produced, product quality, or scrap quantity, for example.
- 3: Wage with a commission share (
wagesCommission)In addition to the compensation for the hours to be paid, employees also receive commission based on sales or similar criteria.
- 4: Piecework wage (
pieceWorkWage)Remuneration is based fully or primarily on the work performed from a quantity perspective.
