Use

The following values are possible (relevant values output in the XML file are shown in parentheses):

• 1 = A work center requiring extremely difficult and challenging work
  (mostDemanding)
• 2 = A work center requiring autonomous and qualified work
  (qualified)
• 3 = A work center requiring job skills and special skills
  (specialized)
• 4 = A work center with simple and/or repetitive activities
  (simple)

Dependencies

The requirement level entered for the work center is based on the feature CHBGD. Feature CHBGD contains multiple numbers, the third number of the feature represents the requirement level.
