After the successful production run of the data extractor, a new process for the further administration via the B2A Manager (downloading or sending, status maintenance) is created.
The text that you specify here is displayed in the process list of the B2A Manager in the column "Description". If you do not specify a text, an automatically generated description (enterprise and year) is used.
Use
If you create more than one notification per enterprise and year, it is useful to define a text here. This allows you to later differentiate between the various processes in the B2A Manager directly using the description.
